Usage: Immunohistochemistry: Antigen retrieval is recommended. Antigen retrieval with citrate buffer or Tris-EDTA  pH 9 buffer will enhance staining. Extended incubation with primary antibody (16-24 hours) at room temperature is recommended. Likely to work with frozen sections. In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.. Mouse controls: Pancreas.
